Write to [email protected]. Include your club name, the email on the account, and a short note on what you need — access, a bug, billing, or how a feature should work.
We aim to reply within two working days. Matchday issues get priority when you flag the fixture date in the subject line.

Before you write
- Confirm you're signing in with the same email that received the club invite.
- For availability links, say whether the issue is for staff or for players on the public link.
- For payments, include the charge date and whether Stripe or GoCardless is connected — never send card numbers.
